  • At Phoenix The Brand, we take pride in offering only the fi nest quality cigars. Due to the nature of our products and for the enjoyment of all our customers, we do not accept returns or provide refunds unless the package is damaged during transit. In the unlikely event that your package arrives in a damaged condition, please contact us immediately and provide photographic proof of both the packaging and the product. Upon verification, we will gladly replace the damaged cigars with a new shipment.
